We’d be happy to show you why SYBIT offers excellent long-term career prospects.

Dual Study Program

What Can You Expect from the Dual Study Program?

At our Offenbach location, we offer a dual study program in Computer Science (B.Sc.). The program combines academic study with practical experience: over seven semesters, you alternate between academic phases at the university and practical phases at SYBIT.

You’ll usually start with a practical phase at SYBIT, where you’ll get to know the company, your new colleagues, and our corporate culture. You’ll also gain your first insights into the world of IT, making it easier to get started with your studies. During the practical phases that follow, we’ll work with you on projects involving new technologies, giving you the opportunity to immediately apply what you’ve learned.
You’ll work on exciting, hands-on topics that are relevant to SYBIT. Your results will contribute to internal and external projects, making your work particularly rewarding. Our goal is for you to complete your 3.5-year program with the qualifications you need to start your career as a Software Developer—and to continue contributing your skills to Team SYBIT in the years ahead.

What Should You Bring?
  • You have successfully completed your university entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife or Abitur).
  • You are interested in IT and already have some initial programming experience.
  • You approach your day-to-day work logically, methodically, and systematically.
  • You are passionate about emerging technologies and future trends and eager to keep learning.

Our experienced professionals will be there to provide guidance and support along the way.

Our goal is to help you grow both professionally and personally during your internship. You’ll learn how to work in interdisciplinary teams, solve problems, and develop innovative solutions. You’ll gain insights into solution design, software design, project management, and user experience while expanding your practical skills. The results of your work will often contribute directly to internal or customer projects.
