As an Office Manager at SYBIT, you’re a multitasker and organizational talent—in other words, the heart and soul of our Shared Services Team.
Whether it’s Office, Travel, Facility, or Workplace Management, you take care of our employees’ administrative and organizational needs. You coordinate phone and email inquiries, arrange hotel bookings and beverage orders, and organize internal events. You make sure everything runs smoothly in our offices and that our employees feel comfortable. Your ability to create a positive working environment makes an important contribution to employee satisfaction and productivity.
IT Service Expert
Our experts for digital infrastructure tend to work behind the scenes. They keep everything running by providing a modern working environment, a high-performance system landscape, and robust IT security. As an interface with HR, they work closely with our Office Experts and HR teams during employee onboarding and offboarding.
