Delivering the Best CX Applications Through Technical Expertise

Whether you’re enhancing a CRM or e-commerce system or transitioning to cloud-based solutions, you know how to bridge the gap between digital technologies and customer-centric processes. You’re not just a specialist in software implementation—you create a stable digital architecture.

What makes product navigation intuitive? How are automated processes created to simplify digital order management? These are the kinds of questions our Software Architects and Engineers at SYBIT tackle every day. With your technical expertise, you bring the core of every CX application to life.

Backend Application Engineer

As a Backend Application Engineer, you develop digital experiences such as webshops and sales platforms and integrate them into our customers’ existing infrastructure. You are also responsible for the continuous development of these systems based on functional and non-functional requirements.
You implement new features that, for example, digitalize sales processes or make customer service more efficient. At the same time, you focus on non-functional aspects such as quality, maintainability, efficiency, and error resilience to continuously improve the systems.
You oversee and manage long-term projects, such as migrating an e-commerce platform to a new system that brings together all customer processes—from the webshop and service portal to product configuration.

Frontend Application Engineer

In this role, you work closely with our Design and UX Experts to bring their creations and content to life. As a Frontend Expert, you design sophisticated web solutions and implement them using test-driven and component-based approaches. Together with our Backend Experts, you work as one team to give processes a visual form.
You develop web-based user interfaces, pattern libraries, and style guides in close collaboration with the UX teams, helping increase user engagement on our customers’ websites.

Solution Architect

As an expert in system architecture, you develop customized concepts and technical solution scenarios. You support our customers throughout every phase of a project, gathering and structuring their business requirements and translating them into solutions by applying your technical expertise in areas such as infrastructure, interfaces, data modeling, and system architecture. Internally, you act as the link between the Project Manager and the Software Engineers.

You make key architectural decisions and actively shape the development process. Together with other Software Architects, you develop future-proof solutions that form the foundation of our state-of-the-art CX applications. You share responsibility for architectural decisions, software delivery, and compliance with quality standards.
