Whether it’s Scrum, conflict management, individual concerns of team members, or optimizing collaboration—you are a coach, trainer, advisor, and facilitator all in one.
With your mindset as a Servant Leader and your extensive toolkit of methods, you create new structures and transform existing ones. Together with the team and our leaders, you contribute to the continuous development of our corporate culture.
Who Do Agile Coaches at SYBIT Work With?
As an Agile Coach at SYBIT, you work directly with project teams, helping them implement and optimize agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. You facilitate meetings, conduct retrospectives, and provide ongoing coaching.
You promote self-organization, a strong feedback culture, and collaboration within our project teams, as well as knowledge sharing and communication among team members. You work closely with Product Owners to ensure that the product vision is clear and requirements are prioritized effectively. You coach development teams as well as all relevant stakeholders.
As an Agile Coach at SYBIT, you also work with Team Leads to strengthen our agile corporate culture. You advise them on implementing agile principles at a strategic level and help identify and remove organizational obstacles.
