SYBIT has once again been named a leader in SAP Customer Experience for the German market. The award was presented on April 20, 2026 at the SYBIT Markets Meeting.
With this award, SAP once again recognizes SYBIT's special role in the customer experience environment. Following the restructuring of the SAP Partner Awards, SYBIT has also established itself as a leading CX partner in the new award system and continues an extraordinary success story: As a multi-award-winning winner, SYBIT has long been a consistent and successful partner in the SAP CX ecosystem.

Selected from SAP’s large and diverse partner base, nominations for the SAP Partner Awards are based on internal SAP sales data. A committee composed of regional and global SAP representatives determine winning partners in each category according to criteria such as sales achievement and performance. Awards are presented in a variety of categories, including overall sales, innovation, technology, services, and solution-specific areas.
For SYBIT, the renewed award is both confirmation and incentive. The company has been supporting customers for years in the strategic and technological development of their customer experience, from sales and service to commerce, data and AI-supported applications.
