Sales Assistant / Vertriebsassistenz (m/w/d) 

Standort: Radolfzell (Baden-Württemberg)  


Dein zukünftiger Wirkungsbereich

  • Du hast den Hut auf, wenn es um unsere CRM-Aktivitäten in der SAP Sales Cloud geht und behältst immer den Überblick über alle bestehenden Projekte und Prozesse im Sales.
  • Bei den Schlagwörtern KPI und Reports brennst du schon darauf, regelmäßig alle relevanten Kennzahlen aus dem Vertriebsbereich in Form bringen zu dürfen.
  • Du verantwortest unsere Bestell- und Lieferantenportale. D.h. du pflegst, überwachst und koordinierst alle Anfrage-, Angebots- und Bestellprozesse.
  • Die Erstellung und Vorbereitung von Angeboten sowie sonstiger wichtiger Dokumente sind dein Daily Business.
  • Du unterstützt die Vertriebsleitung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben und bist auch bei bereichsübergreifenden Sonderaufgaben oder Projekten am Start.


Dein Talent

  • Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und konntest Berufserfahrung sammeln - idealerweise im Vertrieb, Auftragsmanagement, CRM und im Vertriebs-Controlling.
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Kommunikationssystemen (wie MS Office) und CRM-Systemen ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du bist souverän, überzeugend und kommunikationsstark – sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch.
  • Selbständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten sind für dich ebenso selbstverständlich wie Eigeninitiative.
  • Service ist dein Business: Dein Organisationstalent und dein Servicegedanke zeichnen dich aus. Die Kolleg*innen können sich voll auf dich verlassen!
