Projektmanager / Product Owner SAP CX/CRM (m/w/d) 

Standort: Radolfzell / Offenbach / Hannover / Bielefeld / Home-Office (Deutschlandweit) 


Dein zukünftiger Wirkungsbereich

  • Du leitest agile Kundenprojekte im SAP CX bzw. CRM-Umfeld und bist damit verantwortlich für Scope, Termine, Budgets und das Risikomanagement.
  • Du koordinierst dein Projektteam in anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekten unterschiedlicher Branchen.
  • Als Product Owner bist Du der/die Hauptansprechpartner*in für die Fachabteilung der Kund*innen. 
  • Du analysierst und gestaltest Geschäftsprozesse. Du verstehst den Business Case der Kund*innen und leitest daraus passende User Stories ab, die einen hohen Mehrwert für die Kund*innen generieren. 
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Kunden-Stakeholdern zusammen und berichtest auch an die Geschäftsführung und die Bereichsleitung.
  • Ob Presales, Initial- oder Folgeprojekt: Du begleitest Deine Kund*innen über alle Phasen eines Projektes hinweg.


Dein Talent

  • Als Projektmanager*in hast du bereits Projekte im SAP-Umfeld erfolgreich geleitet, idealerweise mit SAP CX-Fokus (z.B. C4C, CRM).
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit kundenorientierten Prozessen, wie z.B. Vertrieb, Marketing und / oder Service.
  • Du bist Macher*in, Motivator*in und Moderator*in – auch wenn es rundgeht, hältst du alle Fäden in der Hand und hast stets die Projektziele im Blick.
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und förderst echten Teamgeist.
  • Consulting ist dein Business: Du bist kundenorientiert und daher gerne bei Deinen Kund*innen vor Ort.
