Marketing activities were based on data from an outdated on-premise CRM, with over one million customer and prospect records and limited segmentation options – this was the starting point at REHAU.
- The Sales unit had no automatic duplicate check.
- Marketing used an external tool that was not integrated into the existing SAP landscape.
- Trade fair leads had to be entered into the CRM manually.
