Our efforts to enhance the quality of the eventual conception start at the very beginning of a project (in Phase 0) with onboarding training in the Sybit system. Here, we distinguish between key user and admin training. In addition to classic end-user training sessions, we also offer a train-the-trainer approach, whereby we provide selected key users with the knowledge and skills necessary for training others. Through this method, we work out the appropriate training plan together with you. The training sessions are carried out using documents prepared in advance in either your demo system or ours.
In addition, we also offer (individual?, specific) training sessions on certain topics (e.g. migration, analytics, configuration & customising, enhancement). Training courses are an efficient method for us to introduce you to the new solution and the accompanying tasks at an early stage (parallel to implementation) and get your team ready for self-sufficient system operation.
