Repositioning as a Consulting Firm with Strong Values

After years of continuous growth and relentless innovation in Customer Experience, SYBIT is taking its brand to the next level. The new brand identity highlights what has set SYBIT apart in the market for years: comprehensive CX expertise rooted in extensive consulting services. Central to the rebranding are clear corporate values: innovation leadership, 100% customer focus, implementation excellence, integrity, and sustainable growth. These values are now visually expressed through a new logo, modern typography, vibrant colors, authentic imagery, and distinctive key visuals.

The rebranding reflects SYBIT’s evolution from a top-tier implementation partner to a strategic consulting company. The new website showcases the full scope of services while emphasizing the three consulting pillars: Business Consulting, Process Consulting, and Solution Consulting. From end-to-end delivery and custom application development to UX, design, and SAP CX, the website provides a clear, structured overview of SYBIT’s extensive expertise. Decades of experience with the highest number of CX projects implemented worldwide are particularly evident in the expanded industry-specific knowledge section.

Logical Evolution of the Brand

Extensive Internal Restructuring

The rebranding was preceded by extensive internal realignments to further refine SYBIT’s competencies and lay the groundwork for future growth. “Our goal was to strategically develop our portfolio and consolidate our expertise in a way that both reflects our market strengths and meets the needs of our customers,” explains Marco Werth, COO of SYBIT.

At the same time, Birgit Beierer, CFO and CHRO, highlights: “So many moving parts came together seamlessly in the rebranding project. We not only focused on enhancing the skills of our employees but also ensured that SYBIT’s unique culture, defined by resonance and collaboration, is now palpable in our brand. We look forward to continuing this journey with great enthusiasm.”

Stronger, Leading, More Valuable: SYBIT Relaunches After 25 Years

The official unveiling of the new brand identity took place during SYBIT’s anniversary celebration under the motto “25 Years of Resonating Success.” The event on January 24, 2025, combined inspiring insights into the company’s past and current focus with a forward-looking perspective on transformative developments in Customer Experience. Over 350 employees, partners, and invited guests celebrated SYBIT’s birthday in the Stadthalle Singen on Lake Constance and used the occasion for a good cause. Throughout the day, attendees raised thousands of euros in donations for charitable purposes through various activities.
