At this year’s Expert Forum on Service Digitization, which took place in Heidelberg yesterday, some 40 specialists took the opportunity to find out about new trends and technologies in the area of Customer Service and to make new contacts. The event featured exciting talks and demos illustrating the diverse functionalities and application scenarios of SAP Hybris Cloud for Service, SAP Hybris Commerce, and SAP HANA Cloud Platform.
“Customer Service in particular is driven very much by operational factors, while impacting on corporate profitability at the same time. Those who digitize their Customer Service now will not only please their customers by providing new channels and thereby enhance customer loyalty, they will also benefit from additional new sales potentials,” emphasized Geppert. The different speakers showed how other companies have already successfully implemented digitization by describing genuine customer scenarios, providing a basis for discussions among the attendees towards the end of the event.
